Kentwood
Community PTSA Scholarship
The
Kentwood Community PTSA will award three $1000 scholarships to students from
the graduating class of 2010. Awards
will be based on an essay, school and community involvement, honors and recognition
and academic record. Four non-senior
PTSA members will determine the award winners and the recipients will be
announced at the Senior Awards Assembly.
Applications
are available in the Kentwood counseling office or online. The application deadline is 3:00 p.m. on
Monday, May 10, 2010. For additional

Kent Area PTA Council Scholarship
The Kent Area PTA Council Scholarship demonstrates
community appreciation for scholastic achievement and encourages further
education. Graduating seniors are recognized for their individual
contributions and accomplishments. The scholarship is designed to pay a
portion of the costs for the first academic year at a post secondary
institution.
The
scholarship award will be determined by the Kent Area PTA Council Scholarship
Committee based on the student application and the demonstrated commitment to
a post high school education or training goal.
